I am a licensed therapist (LPC-MHSP), certified professional life coach (CPLC), speaker, writer, and mother of two teenagers. I have a huge love for travel, reading, faith, fellowship, long talks with friends, and especially date nights with my husband.
One of my biggest passions is helping women live the life that they were created to live. I join with them to clarify and envision their best life, set goals to achieve that vision, and eliminate obstacles that could get in the way. I love to walk alongside my clients as their biggest cheerleader, sounding board, and dream-stretcher so that they can clearly see all that they are created for. I believe that God gives us all unique, amazing gifts.
Unfortunately, sometimes those gifts get hidden under the junk of life. Somewhere along the way, we can get lost. We can trade in our brilliance for the ordinary. My job is to help you find your gifts again, use them, and watch you soar. You can do it! Life is too short for mediocrity!
